摘要
发展职业本科教育是优化我国高等教育类型结构、完善现代职业教育体系和促进职业教育高质量发展的重要途径,开展职业本科院校科研与社会服务发展现状的评价分析有利于更全面地认识职业本科院校的发展现状。从论文、课题、专利以及科研与社会服务经费四个视角着眼,对国内35所职业本科院校2023年度的相关数据进行定量分析,发现除少部分院校表现突出之外,大多数院校的科研与社会服务水平仍较落后,校际之间的发展水平不平衡,绝大部分指标数据整体呈现正偏态分布,公办院校、“双高”院校整体水平明显优于民办院校、非“双高”院校,民办职业本科院校在未来将面临更大的竞争压力。
Developing vocational tertiary education is an important way to optimize the structure of higher education types,improve the modern vocational education system,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Conducting an evaluation and analysis of the current status of scientific research and social service development in vocational undergraduate colleges is beneficial for us to have a more comprehensive understanding of the development status of such institutions.Starting from the perspectives of papers,research topics,patents,and research and social service funding,a quantitative analysis was conducted on the relevant data of 35 vocational undergraduate colleges in China for the year 2023.It was found that,except for a few colleges that performed outstandingly,the research and social service levels of most colleges are still relatively backward,and the development levels among them are unbalanced.The vast majority of indicator data shows a positive skewed distribution,and the overall level of public colleges and colleges selected for the national "Double High Plan"(high-level schools & high-level specialty clusters) is significantly better than that of private colleges and colleges that have not been selected for the plan.And private vocational undergraduate colleges will face greater competitive pressure in the future.
