近十多年来恐怖主义犯罪刑事治理研究的动态图景与现状反思

The Dynamic Picture and Reflection on the Current Situation of the Study on the Criminal Governance of Terrorism Crimes in Recent Years

围绕我国近十多年来恐怖主义犯罪刑事治理研究,运用CiteSpace文献可视化分析工具,绘制恐怖主义犯罪刑事治理研究的科学知识图谱,把握该领域研究的主题热点与前沿态势,有利于更好地推动恐怖主义犯罪刑事治理研究向深层次、现代化发展。相关结果表明,我国恐怖主义犯罪刑事治理研究经历了一个繁荣与深化的过程,研究热点集中在恐怖主义的概念界定及延伸、犯罪形态及种类等六个方面。同时,也存在相关理论研究创新性不足,跨学科研究体系缺失等问题。因此,需秉持跨学科整合策略,拓宽理论研究方法;强化传统专题研究,促进理论创新与实践发展;积极谋求实证研究与信息化转型,进一步完善我国反恐立法体系,从而推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化发展。

According to our country's terrorism crime criminal governance research in the last decade,the CiteSpace literature visualization and analysis tool is used to draw the scientific knowledge map of terrorism crime criminal governance research,grasp the topic hot spots and frontier trends in this field,and promote the terrorism crime criminal governance research to the deep and modern development.The relevant results show that the study on the criminal governance of terrorism crime in China has experienced a prosperous and deepening process,and the research focuses on six aspects,such as the definition and extension of the concept of terrorism,the form and type of the crime.At the same time,there are also problems such as lack of innovation in relevant theoretical research and lack of interdisciplinary research system.Therefore,it is necessary to uphold the interdisciplinary integration strategy and broaden the theoretical research methods;Strengthen traditional thematic research and promote theoretical innovation and practical development;Actively seek empirical research and information transformation,and further improve China's anti-terrorism legislation system,so as to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
