摘要
西北黄土塬地区某污水处理厂处理规模2×10^(4) m^(3)/d,采用改良型氧化沟工艺,提标改造工程建成后出水水质由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B提高至一级A标准。针对原水低碳氮比、高悬浮物水质特性,提标改造工程采用强化生物脱氮除磷处理和增加深度处理流程的措施,即采用MBBR氧化沟+高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池+次氯酸钠消毒工艺,实际运行中各项出水水质指标达到或优于一级A排放标准。污水处理单位运营成本及总成本分别为1.40、2.73元/m^(3)。
The treatment capacity of a sewage treatment plant in the northwest loess tableland area is 2×10~4 m^(3)/d and the original main biological treatment process is improved oxidation ditch.After the completion of the upgrading and reconstruction project,the effluent quality is improved from the first level B to A of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002).In view of the sewage characteristics of the low ratio between the carbon and nitrogen and high suspended solids,the measures of strengthening biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal and increasing the advanced treatment process were adopted in the upgrading and reconstruction project,which included the oxidation ditch by MBBR process+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep-bed filter+sodium hypochlorite disinfection process.In the actual operation,the effluent quality reached or exceeded the first level A emission standard.
