摘要
都江堰市某市政污水处理厂处理规模为30 000 m^(3)/d,原先执行的是GB 18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。为了满足DB 51/2311-2016《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》中的城镇污水处理厂污染物排放浓度限值,该处理厂于2019年6月进行了提标改造。然而,由于出水标准较高,现有主体构筑物池容有限,厂区内提标扩建用地紧张,因此设计了一种深度处理组合工艺。该工艺在原有处理方式的基础上增加了AAO池、反硝化生物滤池、混凝沉淀和过滤。该工艺能有效去除COD、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、悬浮物(SS)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)等指标,保证出水稳定达标。
The sewage treatment plant in Dujiangyan City has a treatment capacity of 30,000 m^(3)/d and initially adhered to the Level 1A standard of GB 18918-2002 "Pollutant Emission Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants".To comply with the pollutant discharge concentration limits specified in DB 51/2311-2016 "Sichuan Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basin Water Pollutant Discharge Standards" for urban wastewater treatment plants,the treatment plant underwent an upgrade in June 2019 to enhance its standard.However,due to the stringent effluent standard,limited pool capacity of the existing main structure,and land use constraints for plant expansion,a combined deep treatment process was devised.This process incorporates the addition of an AAO tank,denitrification biofilter,coagulation sedimentation,and filtration to the existing treatment methods.The process effectively eliminates COD_(cr),ammonia nitrogen(NH_3-N),suspended solids(SS),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),and other indicators,ensuring stable effluent that meets the required standards.
