摘要
研究了不同深冷处理工艺对YG20硬质合金耐磨性的影响,同时,对磨损形貌和微观组织进行了分析。结果表明,深冷处理能够显著提高YG20硬质合金的耐磨性,且深冷处理温度越低,耐磨性改善效果越好。深冷处理增强了粘结相Co与硬质相WC之间的结合力,有效降低YG20硬质合金表面的破损。深冷处理促使WC颗粒表面产生致密的鱼鳞状形貌。
The effect of different cryogenic treatment processes on the wear resistance of YG20 cemented carbide was studied.At the same time,the wear morphology and microstructure were analyzed.The results show that,the abrasion resistance of YG20 cemented carbide can be improved by cryogenic treatment.The lower the temperature of cryogenic treatment,the better the effect of improving wear resistance.Cryogenic treatment enhances the bonding force between bonded Co and cemented WC and effectively reduces the surface damage of YG20 cemented carbides.Cryogenic treatment promotes the formation of dense fish scales on the surface of WC particles.
