高氮奥氏体不锈钢的冷变形行为

摘要 研究了氮含量为0.83%的高氮奥氏体不锈钢在经冷压缩处理后对拉伸性能的影响和微观组织的演变。对不同冷压缩率的样品进行了准静态拉伸实验。结果表明:在整个冷压缩率范围内,该材料具有良好的强度和延展性。高氮奥氏体不锈钢受冷压缩影响很大,随着冷压缩率的增加,强度急剧增加,塑性大幅下降,主要是因为冷压缩后微观组织的演变。高氮奥氏体不锈钢经85%冷压缩处理后,屈服强度较固溶态提高约3倍,达到1507 MPa,抗拉强度较固溶态提高了约2倍,达到1659 MPa。 The effects of cold compression on the tensile properties and microstructure evolution of austenitic stainless steel with high nitrogen content of 0.83%were studied.Quasi-static tensile experiments were carried out on samples with different cold compression rates.The results show that the material shows good strength and ductility over the whole range of cold compression rates.High nitrogen austenitic stainless steel is greatly affected by cold compression.With the increase of cold compression rate,the strength increases sharply and plasticity decreases greatly,mainly because of the evolution of microstructure after cold compression.After 85%cold compression treatment,the yield strength of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel is increased by about 3 times to 1507 MPa,and the tensile strength is increased by about 2 times to 1659 MPa.
