新疆高校少数民族大学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育模型建构——基于扎根理论的运用

摘要 铸牢中华民族共同体意识是维护国家统一、促进民族团结和实现中华民族伟大复兴的基础,开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育意义重大。本文运用扎根理论,从新疆高校少数民族大学生个体心理内部的主体性建构出发,进行半结构化访谈。并对访谈资料进行开放式编码、主轴式编码与选择式编码,形成理论认知、正向情感、理想信念、实践行动与中华民族共同体意识五个主范畴,建构出新疆高校少数民族大学生铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育模型。研究发现,认知、情感、意志、实践都与铸牢中华民族共同体意识紧密相关,四个因素相互渗透、共同发力,形成融“认知构建、情感融通、价值淬炼、知行合一”于一体的全过程教育机制,可实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识在个体心理维度培育的全面性与平衡性。树立认知、情感、意志与实践相统一的铸魂育人理念。在知识广度、情感厚度、意志韧度与行为力度四个维度协同发力,使学生将铸牢中华民族共同体意识内化于心,外化于行。 Starting with an exploration of the subjective construction within the individual psyche of ethnic minority students in Xinjiang universities,this paper tries to penetrate the spiritual and meaning world of this demographic.Using the Grounded Theory methodology,the research conducted semi-structured interviews on selected original samples,then carried out open coding,spindle coding,and selective coding on the data obtained from the interviews,to distill emergent themes into five overarching categories:Theoretical cognition,positive emotions,ideals and beliefs,practical engagement,and community consciousness.It was found that there is a logical relationship between these concepts and categories.Based on these insights,an educational model of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation among the ethnic minority students in Xinjiang universities(hereafter the Xinjiang Student Education Model)has been constructed.At a macroscopic level,this Xinjiang Student Education Model is composed of a“theoretical education dimension”constructed by an“informed system”and a“subjective practice dimension”produced by an“intentional behavior system”.The“informed system”,as the bedrock of the“intentional behavior system”,is meant as a theoretical guarantee for the education of“forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation”,while the implementation of the“intentional behavior system”in turn reciprocally reinforces and enhances the theoretical and instructional underpinnings of“forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation”for ethnic students in Xinjiang universities.At a microscopic level,the educational model contains four specific parts,namely,theoretical cognition around the central thought of“forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community”;cultivation of positive emotions grounded in the“five identities”;firming of ideals and beliefs anchored in the“Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”;and finally practical action based on the principles of“communication,interaction,and integration”.These four components should correspond respectively to four educational dimensions of knowledge,emotion,determination,and behavior.The cohesive interplay of these elements can synergistically contribute to the realization of a comprehensive and balanced casting of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the individual psychological dimension.For the aforementioned reasons,the education to forge a firm sense of community for the Chinese nation is meant as a systematic project.Moreover,one should set up an educational concept that unifies cognition,emotion,will,and practice.Through concerted efforts in four dimensions of broadening knowledge,deepening emotional intelligence,fortifying determination,and behavioral strength,an evolutionary process may be completed from the unknown to cognition,from cognition to internalization,and from internalization to manifestation.This study lastly concludes that only in this way one can guarantee that the forging of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation genuinely resonates with the Xinjiang college students,enabling them to internalize it profoundly and manifest it vigorously in their actions.
