摘要 中职教师职业素养的转型升级是中职教育高质量发展的关键性因素。从经验型教书匠到自主成长型研究型教师,这是职业教育改革的要求,也是教师专业成长的必由之路。应着力加强对教学、对学生的研究,善于观察、勇于反思、学会学习、勤于交流,为国家培养更多高素质技术技能人才。 The transformation and upgrading of vocational school teachers′quality is a key factor in connotation construction.From an experienced teacher to a research-oriented teacher,this is a requirement of educational reform and a necessary path for teachers′professional growth.Efforts should be made to strengthen research on teaching and students.Good at observation,brave in reflection,learning to learn,and diligent in communication,to cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents for the country.
