摘要
持续存在的亚实性结节(SSN)与肺癌密切相关。人工智能(AI)在医学影像领域的应用愈发广泛,有助于提高医师工作效率,为临床推广和应用提供更大的可能,在SSN诊疗中显示出重要价值和潜力。文章对近年来AI技术在肺SSN的检出与分割、进展与演变预测、良恶性鉴别、病理亚型和侵袭性预测以及数据提取、扩充等方面的研究进展进行综述。
The persistent subsolid nodules(SSN)are closely related to lung cancer.The application of artificial intelligence(AI)in medical imaging is becoming more and more widespread,which helps to improve doctors’work efficiency.It provides greater possibilities for clinical promotion and application,showing important value and potential in the diagnosis and treatment of SSN.This article reviews the research progress in recent years on AI technology in detecting and segmenting,predicting progress and evolution,distinguishing between benign and malignant nodules,predicting pathological subtypes and invasiveness,as well as data extraction and augmentation.
