绿色金融试点政策对城市绿色创新的影响研究

Study on the impact of green finance pilot policy on urban green innovation

近年来我国越来越强调经济发展的绿色转型,逐步转向追求经济的绿色高质量发展,加强绿色技术的创新成为实现经济转型发展目标的根本动力。绿色金融政策的实施为绿色环保项目的投融资提供专项资金支持,引导社会公众加强绿色消费的理念,推动社会可持续发展。本研究基于2011—2021年的地级市相关面板数据,采用双重差分模型探究绿色金融改革创新试点政策对城市绿色创新的影响。研究发现:绿色金融改革创新试点政策显著提升了试点城市的绿色创新水平,且政策效应因城市区位和规模的不同呈现异质性。绿色金融改革创新试点政策显著促进金融与产业融合,对城市绿色创新水平的提升发挥中介效应。研究结果检验了绿色金融改革创新试点的建设实施成果,为进一步推进改革创新试点地区的发展提供了方向。

In recent years,China has put more and more emphasis on the green transformation of economic devel⁃opment,and gradually turned to the pursuit of green and high-quality development of economy.Strengthening the inno⁃vation of green technology has become the fundamental driving force to achieve the goal of economic transformation and development.The implementation of green financial policies provides special fund support for the investment and financing of green environmental protection projects,guides the public to strengthen the concept of green consumption,and promotes the sustainable development of society.Based on the relevant panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2011 to 2021 in this study,the dual difference model was used to explore the impact of the pilot policy of green finance reform and innovation on urban green innovation.The study found that the pilot policy of green finance reform and in⁃novation significantly improved the green innovation level of the pilot cities,and the policy effect was heterogeneous due to the different urban location and city size.The pilot policy of green finance reform and innovation significantly promotes the integration of finance and industry,and plays an intermediary effect on the improvement of the level of green innovation in cities.The research results test the results of the implementation of the green finance reform and in⁃novation pilot,and provide a direction for further promoting the development of the reform and innovation pilot areas.
