摘要
以河南某啤酒企业为研究对象,深挖行业绿色发展可采取的节能减排改造方案。对企业改造前的生产工艺、能耗特点、设备现状进行分析,探寻潜力较大的改造方案,最终确定4个绿色化改造方案。通过企业改造前2020、2021年与改造后2022年实际数据对比,可知改造完成后单位产品综合能耗下降3.1%,单位产品水耗、电耗、天然气消耗分别下降9.4%、1.1%、3.5%,改造完成后企业的能耗,达到了行业先进水平。这些成果说明了改造方案是科学的、有效的、可行的,可以对啤酒行业今后绿色化改造提供借鉴。
Taking a beer enterprise in He'nan as the research object,this paper explores the energy saving and emission reduction transformation scheme that can be adopted in the green development of the industry.The production process,energy consumption characteristics and equipment status quo of the enterprise before the transformation are analyzed,and the transformation scheme with greater potential is explored,and four green transformation schemes are finally determined.By comparing the actual data in 2020,2021 and 2022 before the transformation of the enterprise,it can be seen that after the transformation,the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product has de⁃creased by 3.1%,and the water consumption,electricity consumption and natural gas consumption per unit product have decreased by 9.4%,1.1%and 3.5%respectively.After the transformation,the energy consumption of the enter⁃prise has reached the advanced level of the industry.These results show that the transformation plan is scientific,effective and feasible,and can provide reference for the green transformation of beer industry in the future.
