冬奥会保障期间包头市空气质量预报保障成效评估

Evaluation of effectiveness of air quality forecast guarantee in Baotou City during the Bei⁃jing 2022 Olympic Winter Games guarantee period

通过对冬奥会空气质量保障期间包头市的空气质量状况及预报准确率进行分析,评估保障工作成效及预报效果,得出以下结论:1.在沙尘影响程度同期最重的情况下,2022年保障期间包头市空气质量结果优于同期,保障成效显著。保障期间5项污染物浓度下降明显,管控措施成效显著;2.保障期间预报结果总体较为准确,人工订正预报准确率高于模式,后期存在预测PM2.5浓度偏低的问题;3.本次预报保障中,包头市通过建立保障方案、开展全面监测、升级预报系统、强化部门联动等保障机制,为冬奥会保障工作提供了有效支撑,本次保障经验将为包头市今后开展重大活动保障奠定基础。

Based on the analysis of Baotou City's air quality status and forecast accuracy during the Winter Olym⁃pics air quality guarantee,the effectiveness of guarantee work and forecast effect are evaluated,and the following con⁃clusions are drawn:1.The air quality results in Baotou during the 2022 guarantee period are better than the same peri⁃od in the case of the heaviest impact of sand and dust,that means the guarantee is effective.2.The concentration of five pollutants decreased significantly during the protection period,the effectiveness of control measures.3.In this forecast guarantee,Baotou City has provided effective support for the Winter Olympic Games guarantee work by establishing a guarantee plan,carrying out comprehensive monitoring,upgrading the forecast system,strengthening the linkage of de⁃partments and other guarantee mechanisms,and this guarantee experience will lay the foundation for Baotou City to carry out major activities guarantee in the future.
