海上换流站平台结构设计

摘要 由于工艺布置要求,海上换流站平台存在大量大跨度、转换、错层等结构设计难题,如何合理选择结构布置形式是海上换流站设计的关键因素。根据海上换流站平台典型的工艺布置方案,结合方案中对工艺布置、施工安装和运行检修等基本要求,对该平台的结构形式进行优化布置,并对4种典型结构形式方案在极端环境、施工安装、地震等主要工况下进行仿真分析,从技术经济角度对不同方案的优缺点进行对比分析,提出优化设计方案和主要的结构布置建议。 Due to the technical layout requirements of the offshore converter station platform,there appears many structural design problems such as large spans,conversions and staggered floors.How to reasonably choose the structural layout is the key factor in the design of the offshore converter station.According to the typical process layout scheme of the offshore converter station,combined with the basic requirements for process layout,construction installation,operation and maintenance in the scheme,the layout of the structure of the offshore converter station platform is optimized.The finite element analysis of four typical structural type schemes under the extreme environment,construction and installation,earthquake and other main working conditions is taken out.Through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes from the perspective of technology and economy,the optimal design scheme and main structural layout suggestions are put forward.
