摘要
对某炼化企业循环水系统中大量粘泥污堵物滋生问题进行分析,一方面采取优化清洗剥离方案,增强清洗、剥离及对粘泥污堵物的溶解效果,并缩短清洗周期和及时调整杀菌方案等措施控制了细菌滋生,另一方面采取调整pH值与碱度、降低浓缩倍数及优化阻垢分散剂等措施防止结垢。解决了循环水系统粘泥污堵问题,达到控制腐蚀速率与保证循环水系统正常运行的目的。
The problems caused by large amount of slime blocage in circulating water system of a refinery enterprise were analyzed.On the one hand,measures such as optimizing the cleaning and stripping scheme,enhancing the cleaning,stripping and dissolution effect of the slime blockage,shorting the cleaning cycle and timely adjusting the sterilization plan,were taken to control the bacterial growth;on the other hand,measures such as adjusting the pH value and alkalinity,reducing the concentration ratio and optimizing the scale inhibition and dispersion agent were adopted to prevent scale formation.The problem of slime blockage in circulating system was solved,the corrosion rate was controlled well and normal operation of circulating water system was ensured.
