摘要
根据门式起重机的系统特性,在物料流仿真软件平台上进行门式起重机系统建模。输入一定周期的运行计划进行门式起重机任务序列验证,测算门式起重机的运行时间和行走距离进行干涉检查,并观察任务对象位置改变的影响。设计任务编码,适配遗传算法,实现门式起重机任务序列优化。所进行的研究可为提高门式起重机运行计划的可执行性提供一种简易方法。
According to the system characteristics of gantry crane,the gantry crane system modeling is conducted on the material flow simulation software platform.A certain period of operation plan is input to conduct the gantry crane task sequence verification,the operation time and travel distance of gantry crane are measured for the interference inspection,and the influence of task object position change is observed.The task coding is designed and the genetic algorithm is adapted to optimize the gantry crane task sequence.The conducted research can provide a simple method to improve the performability of gantry crane operation plan.
