带倾角长艉轴的新型安装方法

New Installation Method of Long Stern Shaft With Inclination Angle

摘要 若船舶艉轴长度过大,则无法直接从艉轴支架与艉轴管之间的空间将艉轴送入艉轴管;若轴系中心线与船舶基线存在倾角,则无法将艉轴直接水平送入艉轴管。针对上述情况,利用专用工装托架和模块化运输车,对带倾角长艉轴的安装过程进行分解。以长度为17 m、倾角3°的艉轴为例进行三维仿真模拟。结果表明,所提出的安装方法可行。 If the length of ship stern shaft is too large,the stern shaft can not be directly put into the stern shaft tube through the space between stern shaft bracket and stern shaft tube.If there is an inclination angle between shafting center line and ship base line,the stern shaft can not be directly put horizontally into the stern shaft tube.In view of the above situation,the installation process of long stern shaft with inclination angle is decomposed with the dedicated technology equipment carriage and modular transpopter.Taken a stern shaft with length of 17 m and inclination angle of 3°as an example,the three-dimensional simulation is made.The results show that the proposed installation method is feasible.
