基于红外热成像技术的非空载液化气体储罐泄漏检测

摘要 研究基于红外热成像技术的非空载液化气体储罐泄漏检测方法。从技术原理、检测方法、检测设备和检测流程等方面论述红外热成像检测技术,并进行红外热成像泄漏检测试验。结果表明,红外热成像技术在非空载液化气体储罐泄漏检测中具有操作简单、非接触式和结果显示直观的优点,可为低温液化气体的安全储运提供可靠的技术支持。 The leakage detection method of non-unloaded liquefied gas storage tank based on infrared thermal imaging technology is studied.The infrared thermal imaging detection technology is discussed in technical principle,detection method,detection equipment,and detection flow,and the infrared thermal imaging leakage detection test is conducted.The results show that the infrared thermal imaging technology is of the advantages of simple operation,non-contact,and intuitive display in the leakage detection of non-unloaded liquefied gas storage tank,and can provide reliable technical support for the safe storage and transportation of low-temperature liquefied gas.
