机液串联式钻机推进系统设计与仿真分析

Design and Simulation Analysis of Drilling Rig Propulsion System with Machine-Hydraulic Tandem Type

摘要 针对工程钻机推进系统存在的行程大而造成体积和质量大的问题,基于其工作机制进行研究,提出一种机液串联式的钻机推进系统,详细阐述了其工作原理,推导了钻机推进位移与电液比例阀阀门开度的函数关系式。理论分析和仿真验证表明:机液串联式的推进系统具有省距不省力的特点;在钻机工作过程中,动力头的推进速度和位移可达到液压油缸的2倍,液压油缸传递至动力头的推进力为液压油缸活塞输出力的一半,从而减少了钻机桅杆的长度,降低了推进系统的体积和质量;通过电液比例阀调节阀门开度,可以调节动力头的推进位移和速度,使得钻机推进系统满足不同工况的需求。 Aiming at the problem of large volume and heavy weight caused by the large stroke of engineering drilling rigs propulsion system,the research was performed based on its working mechanism,a kind of machine-liquid tandem-connected drilling rig propulsion system was proposed,its working principle was elaborated in detail,and the functional relationship equation between the propulsion displacement of drilling rigs and the valve opening of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve was deduced.Theoretical analysis and simulation verification show that the machine-hydraulic tandem propulsion system has the characteristics of distance saving rather than force saving.During the working process of the drilling rig,the propulsion speed and displacement of the power head can be twice as much as that of the hydraulic cylinder,and the propulsion force transmitted from the hydraulic cylinder to the power head is half of the output force of the hydraulic cylinder piston,which reduces the length of the drilling rig mast and lowers the volume and weight of the propulsion system.The propulsion displacement and speed of the power head can be adjusted by adjusting the valve opening through the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,so that the drilling rig propulsion system can meet the needs of different working conditions.
