Original,Promotion,Regeneration:Assembled Interior Decoration Helps to Improve Quality of Old Residence

我国住宅开发已进入转型期,老旧住宅改造成为当前解决住房问题的重要抓手。传统的装修建造模式存在工期长、污染重等弊端,无法满足现代需求。结合2LDK文兴东街项目改造案例,遵循“原生、提升、再生”的改造理念,采用装配式内装修技术,实现支撑体(S)和填充体(I)的分离,提升居住品质,为其他老旧住宅改造提供参考。

China’s residential development has entered the period of transition,and the renovation of old houses has become an important starting point for solving the housing prob-lem.Traditional renovation and construction mode has the disadvantages of long construction period and heavy pollution which cannot meet modern needs.Combined with the renovation case of the 2LDK Wenxing East Street project,the renovation concept of“original,promotion,re-generation”is followed,the assembled interior decoration technology is used to realize the separation of the Skele-ton and the Infill,the living quality is improved,to provide references for the renovation of other old residences.
