摘要
我公司采用高温高尘SCR脱硝方案后,在达到排放要求的前提下,利用分级燃烧、SNCR与SCR耦合高效脱硝,降低氨水单耗。通过优化提升,分级燃烧、SNCR与SCR耦合高效脱硝,在保证NOx≤35mg/m^(3),氨水单位熟料耗量降到2.47 kg/t。
After adopting the high-temperature and high dust SCR denitrification scheme,our company utilizes staged combustion,SN⁃CR and SCR coupling to efficiently denitrification and reduce ammonia consumption while meeting emission requirements.Through op⁃timization and improvement,staged combustion,coupled SNCR and SCR for efficient denitrification,the ammonia consumption per unit clinker is reduced to 2.47 kg/t while ensuring NOx≤35mg/m^(3).
