智能化工厂原料磨一键启停功能研究与实现

Research and implementation of One-key Start-stop function for raw material grinding in intelligent plants

水泥工厂中各工段的一键启停可完全替代传统的手动逐步操作或小组启停操作,实现完全意义上的托管控制。在介绍项目原料磨工艺基础上,分析了原料辊压机系统APS一键启停的两种方案,结果表明,APS每个启停过程曲线基本一致,用时短,无论是启停可靠方面、智能化方面还是节能环保方面都优于操作员,替代了人工操作同时论证了APS一键启停控制技术的可行性。

The One-key Start-stop operation of each section in the cement factory can completely replace traditional manual step-bystep operation or group start stop operation,achieving complete custody control.On the basis of introducing the raw material grinding process of the project,two schemes for the APS One-key Start-stop of the raw material roller press system were analyzed.The results showed that each start stop process curve of the APS was basically consistent,with short time consumption.It was superior to the opera⁃tor in terms of reliability,intelligence,and energy conservation and environmental protection,replacing manual operation and demon⁃strating the feasibility of APS One-key Start-stop control technology.
