基于新发展理念的医院节能减排路径探究——以上海某专科医院为例

Exploring of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Paths in Hospitals Based on the New Development Concept-A Specialized Hospital in Shanghai as an Example

根据党中央提出的“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的新发展理念,以上海某专科医院为例,通过对其用能系统的调研分析,提出基于技术创新和模式创新相结合的节能减排路径。医院可采用合同能源管理的创新模式引入专业的第三方节能服务公司,对医院的溴化锂机房、风冷热泵系统、热水锅炉系统、空调箱和风机盘管等用能系统进行数据采集,并构建一套基于物联网技术的节能智控系统,利用最新的数字化手段实现医院的节能降碳、降本增效,助力国家碳达峰碳中和目标的达成。

According to the new development concept of"Innovation,Coordination,Green,Openness and Sharing"proposed by the Party Central Committee,a specialist hospital in Shanghai serves as an example,proposes an energy saving and emission reduction path based on the combination of technological innovation and model innovation through the research and analysis of its energy use system.The hospital can adopt the innovative mode of contract energy management to introduce a professional third-party energy saving service company to collect data on the hospita's lithiumbromide plant room,air-cooledheat pump system,hot water boiler system,air conditioning box and fan coil and other energy-using systems,a set of energy saving intelli-gent control systems based on Internet of Things(loT)technology can be established.This approach enables the hospital to achieve energy savings,carbon reduction,cost reduction,and efficiency improvements using the latest digital methods,thereby contributing to the national goals of reaching a carbon peak and achieving carbonneutrality.
