重复经颅磁刺激改善阿尔茨海默病认知障碍作用机制的研究进展

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种常见的认知功能全面衰退伴精神行为异常的神经系统变性疾病。由于AD的病因以及发病机制未明,所以尚无有效治疗药物。重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)作为一种新颖的无创神经调控技术,可以通过调节神经活动、突触可塑性、神经递质以及神经营养因子等多种途径改善AD患者的认知障碍。本文对近年来rTMS治疗AD机制的相关研究进行了综述,旨在阐明rTMS抗氧化和调节神经可塑性等相关作用机制。 Alzheimer disease(AD)is a common neurodegenerative disease with overall cognitive deterioration and mental and behavioral disorders,and due to unknown etiology and pathogenesis of AD,there is currently no effective medication for AD.As a new noninvasive neuromodulation method,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)can improve cognitive impairment in patients with AD by regulating multiple pathways such as neural activity,synaptic plasticity,neurotransmitters,and neurotrophic factors.This article reviews the studies on the mechanism of action of rTMS in the treatment of AD in recent years,in order to clarify the mechanisms of rTMS such as anti-oxidation and regulation of synaptic plasticity.
