新质生产力发展背景下行业产教融合共同体建设思考

摘要 新质生产力与行业产教融共同体具有双向契合性。行业产教融合共同体作为“超组织”,有超大集成优势,表现为“超功能”平台、“超资源”流通配置、“超开放”组织形态等,为新质生产力发展提供支撑、创造条件。然而,目前面临主体性挑战、凝聚挑战、监督挑战、考核挑战等多重因素。因此,提出五重思考,坚持以新质生产力发展为导向,为行业龙头企业“加码”赋能;释放主体性,以合作溢出增进新质生产力发展动能;增进凝聚共识,以凝聚活力提升新质生产力发展活力;重视监督,以有效监督体系促进新质生产力发展提质增效;完善考核机制,以考核倒促服务新质生产力发展。 The new quality productive forces and the industry-education integration community have a two-way compatibility.As a"supra-organization",the industry-education integration community has the advantage of ultra-integration,manifested in"ultra-functional"platforms,"ultra-resource"circulation and allocation,"ultra-open"organizational forms,etc.,providing support and creating conditions for the development of new quality productive forces.But currently facing multiple challenges such as subjectivity,cohesion,supervision,and assessment.Therefore,quintuple thinking is proposed:adhering to guidance of the new quality productive forces development and empowering industry leading enterprises by"increasing investment";Releasing subjectivity and enhancing the development momentum of new quality productive forces through cooperative spillover;Enhancing consensus to agglomerate vitality to promote the vitality of new quality productive forces development;Emphasizing supervision and use an effective supervision system to promote new quality productive forces development and improve efficiency;Improving the assessment mechanism to promote new quality productive forces development through assessment.
