摘要
产教融合是职业教育的本质特征,也是现代职业教育体系建设的重点。在产教融合校企“双主体”协同育人的模式下,通过赋予产业链条参与职业教育的正向激励,可以促进产教研资源的汇聚,形成支撑行业发展的产教融合命运共同体。以广东、天津、上海、浙江、山东等五省市实施的产教融合激励政策为研究对象,通过探索产教融合激励机制的优化与创新,推动产教融合深入发展,实现产教融合良性循环。
The integration between industry and education is the essential feature of vocational education and the focus of the construction of a modern vocational education system.Under the mode of schoolenterprise“double subject”collaborative education of the integration between industry and education,by giving a positive incentive to the industrial chain to participate in vocational education,it can promote the convergence of production,teaching,and research resources,and form a community of destiny for the integration of industry and education to support the development of the industry.Taking the incentive policies of the integration between industry and education,implemented in five provinces and cities such as Guangdong,Tianjin,Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Shandong as the research object,this paper explores the optimization and innovation of the incentive mechanism of the integration between industry and education,promotes the in-depth development of the integration between industry and education,and realizes the virtuous cycle of the integration between industry and education.
