浅谈智能化、信息化助力仪表专业主动维护

Discussion on Intelligence and Informatization Assisting the Proactive Maintenance of Instrument Majors

在炼油化工行业生产过程中,仪器仪表设备扮演着大脑、眼睛和手脚的角色,与生产过程的安全平稳息息相关,同时对企业追求效益最大化起着举足轻重的作用。近年来,随着生产装置自动化水平的不断提高,仪表设备在生产装置中的数量和种类也越来越多,仪表分布区域广、类型多、数量大,但仪表维护人员逐渐减少,年轻化,经验少。如何在这样的状态下保证生产装置的长周期平稳运行,需要走数字化、网络化、智能化相结合的创新驱动的发展道路,推进生产过程智能化,提高仪表设备全生命周期管理水平。本文主要对仪表智能化和信息化在大庆炼化公司的应用进行介绍。

In the production process of the refining and chemical industry,instruments and equipment play the roles of the brain,eyes,and hands,which are closely related to the safety and stability of the production process.At the same time,they play a crucial role in the pursuit of maximizing efficiency for enterprises.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of automation level in production equipment,the number and types of instruments and equipment in production equipment have also increased.The distribution area of instruments is wide,there are many types,and the quantity is large.However,the number of instrument maintenance personnel is gradually decreasing,becoming younger and inexperienced.How to ensure the long-term stable operation of production equipment in such a state requires us to take an innovative development path that combines digitization,networking,and intelligence,promote the intelligence of the production process,and improve the level of instrument and equipment lifecycle management.This article mainly introduces the application of instrument intelligence and informatization in our factory.
