基于LaB_(6)阴极的伪火花开关仿真与实验研究

摘要 伪火花开关是一种具有高电压大电流的脉冲功率技术开关,高重频伪火花开关在对潜通讯、水下对抗、高能激光武器、污水处理、食品加工等领域中都得到广泛的应用。阴极材料的选择影响开关的触发导通过程,因此对重频性能具有重要影响。对触发单元进行仿真分析,将具有高发射性能的六硼化镧(LaB_(6))阴极与铜(Cu)阴极进行对比,得到电极材料对阴极发射电流以及触发单元电子密度的影响。测试了LaB_(6)、Cu两种阴极的伪火花开关,结果表明LaB_(6)阴极在重频工作状态下具有较宽工作气压范围,触发电压最低仅需100 V,具有良好的工作稳定性。 Pseudospark switch is a kind of pulse power switch with high voltage and high current.High Pulse Repetition Frequency(PRF)pseudospark switch has been widely used in underwater communication,underwater countermeasures,high energy laser weapons,sewage treatment,food processing and other fields.The choice of cathode material is related to the on-off process of the switch,so it has an important influence on the PRF performance.The trigger unit is simulated and analyzed,and the influence of electrode material for both LaB_(6) and Cu on the cathode emission current and internal electron density is obtained and compared.The pseudospark switch of LaB_(6) and Cu cathodes is tested.The results show that LaB_(6) cathode has a wide range of working pressure,the minimum trigger voltage can be only 100 V,and the operation stability is quite well.
