摘要
为了保障开展水下电子装备陆上试验时能有效地模拟产品在水下的散热场景,提出了一种喷淋装置,其能够模拟水下环境,解决现有技术存在的陆上试验散热效率低、能耗高、散热水温不可控、不能持续散热、散热影响环境温度稳定、散热用水不能回收、溢出损坏其他试验设备和振动应力不能同步施加等缺点,有利于提高水下电子设备测试数据的准确性,更好地反映水下电子设备的性能。
In order to ensure that underwater heat dissipation scenario of underwater electronic equipment can be simulated effectively during land testing,a spray device is proposed,which can simulate the underwater environment and solve the shortcomings in the prior art,such as low heat dissipation efficiency,high energy consumption,uncontrollable heat dissipation water temperature,inability to sustain heat dissipation,heat dissipation affecting environmental temperature stability,inability to recycle heat dissipation water,overflow and damage to other test equipment and vibration stress can not be applied synchronously.It is beneficial to improve the accuracy of test data of underwater electronic equipment and better reflect the performance of underwater electronic equipment.
