摘要
为了测试城轨列车关键设备运行时的振动环境状态是否符合相关标准,使用三轴加速度传感器结合多路并行采集设备和PC机共同组成了振动数据采集分析系统,完成了针对编码里程计、止动臂、转向架、轴箱和扭角5个关键部位的振动跟踪测试和记录。结合国家标准GB/T 21563—2018对测试结果进行比对分析,最终完成对车载设备运行工况环境的力场应力是否符合相关设计标准的评估。
In order to test whether the vibration environment state of the train critical equipment during operation complies with the relevant standards,a vibration data acquisition and analysis system is constructed by using a three-axis acceleration sensor combined with multi-channel parallel acquisition devices and a PC,and the vibration tracking tests and records are completed for the five key components of encoder odometer,indexing arm,bogie,axle box,and torsion bar.The test results are compared and analyzed according to the national standard GB/T 21563-2018.Finally,the evaluation of whether the force field stress of the operating condition environment of the vehicle equipment meets the relevant design standards is completed.
