新时代大学生劳动教育标准化建设及质量管理研究

摘要 对新时代大学生劳动教育标准化建设和质量管理进行了研究。首先,从大学生校园生活的内部和外部成因两方面分析了研究背景;然后,借鉴目前国家关于义务教育阶段劳动教育课程的标准化文件,结合高职教育特点,系统探索了构建大学生劳动教育标准化的实施策略;最后,从行业、学校、院系、教师4个维度分析质量管理内容,形成质量目标策划、质量控制、质量保证、质量改进的典型闭环控制,以期为高校及相关教育机构进行劳动教育标准化建设及质量管理提供参考和有益借鉴。 The standardization construction and quality management of college students’labor education in the new era are studied.Firstly,the research background is analyzed from the internal and external causes of college students’campus life.Then,based on the current national labor education curriculum standardization documents of compulsory education,combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education,the implementation strategy of constructing college students’labor education standardization is systematically explored.Finally,the quality management content is analyzed from the four dimensions of industry,schools,departments and teachers,and the typical closed-loop control of quality target planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement is formed so as to provide useful reference for universities and related educational institutions to carry out labor education standardization construction and quality management.
