能力本位导向下的课程标准与教学内容开发路径研究--以高职会计专业群1+X证书制度实施为例

摘要 随着1+X证书制度的深入开展,面对数量众多、技能各有侧重的X证书,如何在人才培养方案总学时既定的情况下,让学生拥有更多、更符合自身职业规划的技能,形成职业迁移能力,是职业教育改革的重点,正所谓“授人以鱼,不如授人以渔”。以高职会计专业群1+X证书制度改革为契机,以书证融通为路径,以满足学生个性化职业需求为导向,锻造学生的职业技能与可持续发展能力,探索1+X证书制度下“书证融通”课程标准与单元教学内容的开发路径,打造可供参考借鉴、务实有效的经验做法,以期为新时代职业教育教学改革的理论与实践研究提供些许新思路。 With the in-depth development of the 1+X certificate system,in the face of a large number of X certificates with different skills,how to let students have more talents that are more in line with their own career planning under the condition that the total number of hours of the talent training program is given?Skills and the ability to form occupational migration are the focus of vocational education reform.As the saying goes,“teaching a man to fish is better than giving him a fish.”Seizing the reform of the 1+X certificate system for accounting professional groups in higher vocational colleges as an opportunity,and taking the integration of documents and certificates as a pathway to meet students’personalized career needs,we aim to cultivate students’vocational skills and sustainable development ability.Our goal is to explore the development path of curriculum standards and unit teaching content for the“Integration of Documents and Certificates”under the 1+X certificate system,creating practical and effective experiential practices for reference,thus providing new ideas for theoretical and practical research on vocational education teaching reform in the new era.
