大学生民法典教育的有效策略研究

Research on the Effective Strategy of Civil Code Education for College Students

高校开展大学生民法典教育目标应当是理解和掌握习近平法治思想,认同和践行社会主义核心价值观,领会和弘扬社会主义道德,培养和提升法治素养。通过问卷调查,从“民法典的认知、民法典的崇尚、民法典的用法”等三个维度了解大学生对民法典的认知现状。在明晰教育目标、把握学情的基础上,构建民法典教育的有效路径有:秉持“政治性、价值性和法治性统一”的教育原则;注重“一个聚焦”与“三个阐释好”的教育内容;充分发挥学校教育的主导作用。

The objectives of civil code education in colleges and universities should be:understand and master President Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law;Identify and practice the core values of socialism;Understand and promote socialist morality;Cultivate and enhance the quality of rule of law.Through the questionnaire survey,the cognition status of college students on civil code was studied from three dimensions:cognition of Civil Code,advocating of civil code and usage of Civil Code.On the basis of clear education objectives and learning situation,the effective ways to construct civil code education are as follows:uphold the educational principle of“unity of politics,value and rule of law”;Pay attention to the educational content of“one focus”and“three interpretations”;Give full play to the leading role of school education.
