摘要
三级公立医院绩效考核工作是推动公立医院高质量发展、助力健康中国建设的重大举措。公立医院在推进绩效考核工作中,外部各省份政策支持力度、经济发展水平各异,指标体系有待优化;内部学科结构各异,各要素重视程度不一,院内绩效联动不及时,信息化建设滞后。基于系统观念,从强化政策衔接、优化指标体系、加强顶层设计、提高医务人员认识、加大薪酬引导、加快信息化建设等方面提出对策与建议。
The performance evaluation of tertiary public hospitals is a major measure to promote the high-qualitydevelopment of public hospitals and contribute to the constuction of Healthy China.In advancing performance evalua-tion,public hospitals face various challenges,including differing policies and economic levels across provinces,aneed to optimize the indicator system,and internal issues such as varied discipline structures,uneven emphasis ondifferent factors,untimely internal performance linkage,and lagging informatization.Based on a systematic perspective,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening policy coordination,optimizing the indica-tor system,enhancing top-level design,increasing employee awareness,intensifying compensation guidance,andaccelerating infomatization construction.
