摘要
该文简述了ORC有机朗肯循环技术以及涡旋膨胀机的结构,依据涡旋型线啮合理论创建了等截面(圆渐开线)涡旋膨胀机与变截面(圆渐开线-高次曲线-圆渐开线)涡旋膨胀机的几何模型,并建立了相对应的泄露模型,分析了各工作腔容积、径向泄露线长度的变化趋势,为涡旋膨胀机型线结构的选用奠定了基础。
Firstly,the ORC organic Rankine cycle technology and the structure of the scroll expander are briefly described.Then,the geometric models of the constant cross-section(circular involute)scroll expander and the variable cross-section(circular involute-higher curve-circular involute)scroll expander are created according to the scroll profile meshing theory;and the corresponding leakage model is established.Finally,change trend of the volume of each working cavity and the length of the radial leakage line is analyzed,which lays a foundation for selecting the line structure of the scroll expander.
