基于工程算法及有限元分析的铰链接头设计优化

摘要 为研究铰链接头的设计及优化,该文以某型飞机前起落架舱门铰链接头为例,提出了工程简化受力模型并结合工程算法确定了接头耳片基本参数,然后通过有限元软件对接头进行拓扑优化,确定了传力路径,设计了接头的细节特征(大致的位置分布、几何尺寸),并根据有限元分析计算结果对接头细节尺寸进行了优化改进,最终设计结构受力均匀,材料利用率高,强度性能好,且质量较轻。 In order to study the design and optimization of the hinge joint,in this paper,the simplified force model for hinge joint is presented through taking the front landing gear door hinge joint of a certain aircraft as the objective.The basic parameters of the joint lug are determined by combining the engineering algorithm.The finite element software is used to optimize the joint topology and determine the path of the force transfer;the general position distribution and geometric dimension design for the detail features of the joint are carried out;and the detail of the joint size is optimized and improved according to the results of finite element analysis.Finally,the structure is designed with uniform force,high material utilization,good strength performance and light weight.
