On the Generation,Characteristics,Forms,and Significance of the Translated Language in Literary Translation

译语是介于源语与目标语之间的第三类语言,它是译者在文学翻译中系统综观下对源语与目标语进行语效整合的结果。译语是客观的必然的存在,它拥有自身的性质与特点,如中介性、顺应性、协商性、开放性、独创性、再生性、创意性、影响性、塑造性等。译语呈现出异化、归化、优化的第三形态,并以中西结合的方式向读者诉说,在与读者的对话中开启世界,世界在译语中绽放。

The translated language is a third language between the source language and the target language,which results from the translator’s systematic integration of source language and target language.The translated language is an objective and inevitable existence;it possesses its own properties and characteristics,such as mediating nature,adaptability,negotiability,openness,originality,reproducibility,creativity,influence,shaping ability,and so on.The translated language presents a third form that blends foreignization,domestication,and optimization.Through a combination of eastern and western elements,the translated language communicates with the reader,opening up the world in its dialogue with them,allowing the world to blossom within the translated language.
