乘用车轮胎静态径向刚度研究分析

摘要 研究分析3个规格的6款轮胎产品的静态径向刚度发现:①轮胎规格相同并不代表其静态径向刚度也相同,即便是同品牌、同规格、同花纹的两款轮胎,其径向刚度也是不一样的。②在同载荷和同单位胎压变化量下,同规格轮胎的径向刚度变化量是不同的。③同载荷下,高胎压区单位胎压变量的轮胎径向刚度的变化量不一定比低胎压区的高。④同胎压和同单位载荷变化量下,同规格轮胎的径向刚度变化量是不同的。⑤同胎压下,低载荷区单位载荷变量的轮胎径向刚度变化量一般比高载荷区的大。 The static radial stiffness of 6 tire products of 3 specifications is studied and analyzed:①The static radial stiffness of tires of the same specification is also different.Even if the two tires of the same brand with the same specification and pattern,their radial stiffness is different.②When the change of load and tire pressure is the same,the change of radial stiffness of the tire of the same specification is different.③Under the same load,the variation of tire radial stiffness per unit tire pressure variable in the high tire pressure zone is not necessarily higher than that in the low tire pressure zone.④Under the same tire pressure and unit load variation,the radial stiffness variation of the same specification tire is different.⑤Under the same tire pressure,the change of radial stiffness per unit load in the low load zone is generally larger than that in the high load zone.
