摘要
针对某车型在整车路试耐久试验过程中出现的减震器系统故障问题,通过CANoe读取诊断故障代码并分析报文数据,对影响因素进行逐一更换样件排查,确定了故障的主要原因是整车路试耐久试验过程中线束出现了中断的情况。对此提出了改进的设计方案,重新读取的报文数据和进行整车路试耐久试验的结果表明,新增加一个辅助支架和优化线束后可以使故障消除。
In response to the shock absorber system malfunction of a certain vehicle during the vehicle road durability test,CANoe was used to read the diagnostic trouble code and analyze the message data.The samples were checked one by one according to the influencing factors.It was determined that the main cause of the malfunction was due to the interruption of the wiring harness during the vehicle road test durability test.An improved design scheme was proposed for this.Through re-reading the message data and verifying of the entire vehicle road durability test,the results showed that the fault was eliminated after adding a new auxiliary bracket and optimizing the wiring harness.
