基于卡尔曼滤波的智慧农业大棚监控系统的设计

摘要 针对传统农业大棚中环境参数采集困难、布线复杂和成本高的问题,设计了一种基于卡尔曼滤波的智慧农业大棚监控系统。该系统通过土壤湿度、温湿度和光照传感器采集信息后再由ZigBee无线传输模块将数据传输到STM32单片机主控制器进行处理分析,同时将检测结果发送到上位机,实现了对农业大棚远程实时监控。采用卡尔曼滤波算法对监测数据进行滤波去噪处理,提高了测量精度,减少了误差。实验结果表明:与传统农业大棚相比,本设计能够有效提高大棚的自动化程度和智能化水平;当外界环境发生变化时,该系统能及时准确地做出响应并发出相应的预警信号,减少了由于恶劣天气所造成的损失,可广泛应用于现代农业生产及管理领域。 In order to solve the problems of difficult acquisition of environmental parameters,complex wiring and high cost in traditional agricultural greenhouses,an intelligent agricultural greenhouses monitoring system based on Kalman filter is designed.The system collects information through soil moisture,temperature and humidity and light sensors,and then transmits the data to the main controller of STM32 MCU by ZigBee wireless transmission module for processing and analysis.At the same time,the detection results are sent to the upper computer to realize remote real-time monitoring of agricultural greenhouses.Kalman filtering algorithm is used to filter and denoise the monitoring data,which improves the measurement accuracy and reduces the error.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional agricultural greenhouse,the design can effectively improve the automation and intelligent level of the greenhouse.When the external environment changes,the system can respond timely and accurately and send out corresponding warning signals,reducing losses caused by bad weather,and can be widely used in modern agricultural production and management fields.
