基于RS422的高可靠性串行通信接口设计

摘要 近年来,随着国内航空器的快速发展,串口通信是目前机载设备中最常用的数据传输方式,在航空计算机技术的发展过程中扮演着不可或缺的角色。其中,RS422串口通信凭借全双工、速率快、成本低的优势在航空器的制造中广泛使用。然而,随着机载设备对于数据传输的要求越来越高,传统的RS422总线采用单余度收发接口进行源端和目的端的数据交互,难以保证数据收发的可靠性。此外,随着航空技术的快速发展,机载设备面临着交联系统越来越复杂、数据量越来越多,当通信出现故障时,往往面临故障复杂、故障难定位等问题,因此,传统的单余度串行接口难以保证设备通讯的可靠性。针对上述问题,提出了一种高可靠性串行通信接口,可显著提高产品正常运行中的可靠性和可维护性。 In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic aircraft,serial communication is the most commonly used data transmission mode in airborne equipment,and plays an indispensable role in the development of aviation computer technology.Among them,RS422 serial communication is widely used in aircraft manufacturing with the advantages of full duplex,fast speed and low cost.However,with the increasing requirements of airborne equipment for data transmission,the traditional RS422 bus uses a single redundancy transceiver interface for data exchange between source and destination,which is difficult to ensure the reliability of data transmission and receiving.In addition,with the rapid development of aviation technology,airborne equipment is faced with more and more complex cross-linking systems and more and more data.When communication faults occur,it is often faced with problems such as fault clutter and difficulty in locating faults.Therefore,the traditional single-redundancy serial interface is difficult to ensure the reliability of equipment communication.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a high-reliability serial communication interface,which can significantly improve the reliability and maintainability of the product in normal operation.
