数字经济、乡村产业振兴与农民共同富裕

Digital Economy,Revitalization of Rural Industries and Common Prosperity of Farmers

文章选取中国31个省份2012—2021年的面板数据,考察数字经济、乡村产业振兴与农民共同富裕间的作用关系。研究结果表明,数字经济对农民共同富裕实现具有明显的促进作用,乡村产业振兴是数字经济赋能农民共同富裕的重要途径。异质性分析结果表明,数字经济对低农业劳动生产率地区与东部、中部、西部地区农民共同富裕的正向影响更为显著。应抢抓数字经济“新赛道”,促进农民共同富裕;把握数字技术“新机遇”,助推乡村产业振兴;打造乡村特色“新品牌”,践行差异化发展之路。

This paper selects the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021 to examine the relationship between digital economy,rural industrial revitalization and common prosperity of farmers.The research results indicate that the digital economy has a significant positive effect on the realization of common prosperity for farmers,and that the revitalization of rural industries is an important way for the digital economy to empower the common prosperity of farmers.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital economy has a more significant positive impact on the common prosperity of farmers in areas with low agricultural labor productivity and in the eastern,central and western regions.Therefore,we should seize the“new track”of digital economy and promote common prosperity of farmers,grasp the“new opportunities”of digital technology to promote the revitalization of rural industries,and build a“new brand”with rural characteristics and practice the path of differentiated development.
