摘要
人才集聚是中国式现代化的重要动力和保障,文章基于2011—2020年的面板数据,运用计量分析方法,验证人才集聚影响中国式现代化的内在机制。结果表明:人才集聚对中国式现代化有显著正向影响,创新速度在其中起中介作用;人才集聚对中国式现代化的影响存在市场化和人力资本的单一门槛效应;人才集聚对创新速度的影响存在人力资本的单一门槛效应;东部和中西部地区在主效应、中介效应以及门槛效应检验中均存在异质性。
Talent agglomeration is an important driving force and guarantee for Chinese-style modernization.Based on panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses econometric analysis method to verify the internal mechanism of talent agglomeration affecting Chinese-style modernization.The results are shown as the following:Talent agglomeration has a significant positive impact on Chinese-style modernization,in which innovation speed plays a mediating role.The impact of talent agglomeration on Chinese-style modernization has a single threshold effect of marketization level(human capital).There is a single threshold effect of human capital on the impact of talent agglomeration on innovation speed.There is heterogeneity in the main effect,mediating effect and threshold effect tests in the eastern,central and western regions.
