产教融合校企“双元”育人的汽车专业人才培养模式的研究——以汽车制造与试验技术专业为例

摘要 随着我国汽车行业的快速发展,对于高素质汽车人才的需求急剧攀升,但是现阶段汽车专业人才培养的实际效果与行业、企业的预期相差甚远,人才综合能力与素质难以支撑汽车行业高速发展的实际需要。这在一定程度上不但限制了我国汽车行业的发展,对职业教育院校人才培养模式也提出了一定的质疑。为了更好地提高教学质量,培养出更多优秀的复合型人才,以此来支撑企业行业的发展,职业教育院校亟须创新自身的人才培养模式。基于此,文章以汽车制造与试验技术专业为例,在产教融合双元育人人才培养模式的基础上,分析了产教融合双元育人的重要性与具体的实践路径。 With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the demand for high-quality automotive talents has risen sharply,but the actual effect of the training of automotive professionals at this stage is far from the expectations of the industry and enterprises,and the comprehensive ability and quality of talents are difficult to support the actual needs of the rapid development of the automobile industry.To a certain extent,this not only restricts the development of China's automobile industry,but also raises certain questions about the talent training model of vocational education colleges.In order to better improve the quality of teaching and cultivate more outstanding compound talents,so as to support the development of the enterprise industry,vocational education colleges urgently need to innovate their own talent training model.Based on this,this paper takes automobile manufacturing and testing technology as an example,and analyzes the importance and specific practice path of dual education on the basis of the dual education training model of industry-education integration.
