现场工程师培养背景下高职新能源专业教师工程能力培养路径研究——以陕西国防工业职业技术学院为例

摘要 职业院校是国家培养技术技能型人才的基地,直接关系国家制造业的创新发展。在现场工程师培养的背景下,高职新能源专业教师工程能力培养是重中之重。文章以陕西国防工业职业技术学院为依托,基于比亚迪现场工程师联合培养项目,对高职院校新能源专业教师工程实践能力培养路径和机制进行实际调研和分析,制定标准体系,优化培养路径,健全发展与保障机制,归纳总结形成一套新能源专业教师工程实践能力提升标准体系,打造高职新能源专业教师工程实践能力提升的“陕西国防模式”,为陕西高职新能源专业教师工程实践能力培养提供理论参考。 Vocational colleges are the base for the country to cultivate technical and skilled talents,which is directly related to the innovative development of the national manufacturing industry.Under the background of on-site engineer training,the training of the engineering ability of new energy major teachers in higher vocational colleges is of the utmost importance.Based on Shaanxi National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College,and based on the BYD on-site engineer joint training project,this article conducts practical research and analysis on the training path and mechanism of the engineering practical ability of new energy major teachers in higher vocational colleges,formulates the standard system,optimizes the training path,improves the development and guarantee mechanism,and summarizes and forms a set of standard systems for improving the engineering practical ability of new energy major teachers,and creates the"Shaanxi National Defense Model"for improving the engineering practical ability of new energy major teachers in higher vocational colleges,providing theoretical reference for the training of the engineering practical ability of new energy major teachers in Shaanxi higher vocational colleges.
