摘要
随着汽车行业的高速发展,汽车外部灯具作为汽车外观的关重件,车灯造型更新颖和独特;对于车灯造型的多样化,车灯结构也越来越复杂,导致雾气问题也越来越严重且不易消散,不但影响外观,引发客户抱怨和索赔,而且使得照明性能降低,影响驾驶安全;汽车前灯起雾一直都是行业重难点问题,文章说明了雾气的产生原理,并通过从材料选型、结构设计和生产工艺上进行分析,进而来探讨如何规避解决汽车前灯起雾问题。
With the rapid development of the automobile industry,automotive exterior lamps and lanterns are the key parts of automobile appearance,and the shape of automobile lamps is more novel and unique.For the diversification of lamp shapes,the structure of lamps is becoming more and more complex,resulting in more and more serious fog problems that are not easy to dissipate,which not only affects the appearance,causes customer complaints and claims,but also reduces the lighting performance and affects driving safety;Fogging of automobile headlights has always been a major and difficult problem in the industry,this paper explains the principle of fogging,and discusses how to avoid and solve the fogging problem of automobile headlights by analyzing the material selection,structural design and production process.
