A380与AlSi9Cu3对内溃式转向管柱性能影响分析

摘要 随着中国汽车行业的发展,消费者的主观感受对乘用车产品的性能提出了越来越高的要求。在乘用车转向系统中,转向管柱刚度和模态频率性能会直接影响消费者的驾驶主观体验,因此对于乘用车转向管柱的刚度和频率性能优化研究十分必要。文章通过转向管柱产品零部件材料对比,选用乘用车转向管柱市面上最常用的两种铸造材料A380和AlSi9Cu3,基于Abaqus有限元分析手段,分析出两种不同材质对某一个内溃式转向管柱产品的刚度和模态频率的影响,结果指出在刚度和频率的维度上,A380材质均要略优于AlSi9Cu3材质。 With the development of China's automotive industry,consumers have increasingly high demands on the performance of passenger car products from their supervisors.In the steering system of passenger cars,the stiffness and modal frequency performance of the steering column directly affect the driving experience of consumers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the optimization of the stiffness and frequency performance of the steering column in passenger cars.This article compares the materials of steering column components and selects the two most commonly used casting materials A380 and AlSi9Cu3 on the passenger car steering column market.Based on Abaqus finite element analysis,the influence of two different materials on the stiffness and modal frequency of a certain internal collapse steering column product is analyzed.The results show that A380 material is slightly better than AlSi9Cu3 material in both stiffness and frequency dimensions.
