集束化护理方案在颅脑损伤躁动患者中的应用

Application of Cluster Nursing Program in Restlessness Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

目的:探讨集束化护理方案在颅脑损伤躁动患者中的应用效果。方法:于2021年9月1日~2023年9月1日收治的80例颅脑损伤躁动患者纳入研究对象,以乱数表法为分组依据随机分为常规组和研究组各40例,常规组实施常规约束护理,研究组实施集束化护理方案;比较两组护理前后心理状态[采用Ricker镇静-躁动、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、舒适度[采用舒适状况量表(GCQ)]、睡眠质量[采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]、预后[采用格拉斯哥预后评分(GOC)]、生活质量[采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]及不良事件。结果:护理后,研究组Ricker镇静-躁动、SAS、SDS、PSQI评分低于常规组(P<0.01);护理后,研究组GCQ、GOC、WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于常规组(P<0.01);研究组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将集束化护理方案用于颅脑损伤躁动患者,可发挥良好的情绪改善效果,帮助患者获得良好舒适度与睡眠质量,促进预后效果与生活质量提升,降低不良事件发生风险。

Objective:To explore the application effect of cluster nursing program in patients with restlessness after craniocerebral injury.Methods:A total of 80 patients with restlessness after craniocerebral injury admitted from September 1,2021 to September 1,2023 were included in the study and randomly divided into the routine group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine restraint nursing,and the study group was given cluster nursing.The psychological state,comfort,sleep quality,prognosis,quality of life and adverse events of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After cluster nursing,the Ricker sedation-agitation,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh sleep quality Index(PSQI)in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.01).The GCQ,GOC and WHOQOL-BREF scores in the study group were higher than those in the routine group after cluster nursing(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster nursing program for craniocerebral injury patients with agitation has a good effect on the improvement of patients′emotion,which can help patients obtain comfort and good sleep quality,promote prognosis and quality of life,and reduce the risk of adverse events as well.
