2022年,《“十四五”现代物流发展规划》的出台,使我国物流行业成为了引领经济发展的坚定力量之一。物流已经走近百姓的身边,成为了民众生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而,近几年物流领域出现了许多新型侵权问题,如物流企业利用算法对消费者实施大数据“杀熟”区别定价、消费者个人信息被泄露等。这些问题成为了阻碍物流产业发展的关键病症。文章主要从法律的角度对物流领域存在的侵权问题提出治理建议,以期推动物流产业健康发展,持续为经济高质量发展提供动力。

In 2022,with the publishment of the 14th Five-Year-Plan for the Development of Modern Logistics,China's logistics industry has become one of the f irm forces leading economic development.Logistics has become an indispensable part of people's lives and has become closer to them.However,in recent years,there have been many new types of infringement issues in the logistics field,such as logistics companies using algorithms to implement big data"killing"and differential pricing on consumers,and the leakage of consumer personal information.These issues have become key obstacles to the development of the logistics industry.The paper mainly proposes governance suggestions for the infringement issues in the logistics field from a legal perspective,in order to promote the healthy development of the logistics industry and provide sustained impetus for high-quality economic development.
