数智技术背景下HTD数字物流园区网络货运平台设计与开发

摘要 随着新一代信息技术的广泛应用,物流领域正在经历深刻的变革,加强数字物流基础设施建设,推进货、车、场等物流要素数字化成为物流业发展的新趋势。文章通过物联网与互联网技术的深度融合,设计HTD数字物流园区网络货运平台,以实现人、车、货的实时感知和上下游不同主体间的高效协同。网络货运平台通过融入地理信息系统、全球定位系统、手机应用程序、大数据分析、机器学习、机器人流程自动化等技术,能够解决网络货运业务中的竞价计价、撮合交易、全程货物追踪、计费管理、信誉评价、结算管理、票据管理等运输业务的关键问题。网络货运平台以遵守网络货运平台政策法规要求为基础,建立起链接货物、人员、车辆、后市场服务商、金融机构等各方主体的服务体系,最终形成基于“互联网+物流”的物流网络生态圈。 With the widespread application of new generation information technology,the logistics field is undergoing profound changes.Strengthening the construction of digital logistics infrastructure and promoting the digitization of logistics elements such as goods,vehicles,and fields has become a new trend in the development of the logistics industry.Through the deep integration of Internet of Things and Internet technology,this paper designs the network freight platform of HTD digital logistics park to realize the real-time perception of people,vehicles and goods and the efficient collaboration between different upstream and downstream entities.The online freight platform integrates technologies such as geographic information systems,global positioning systems,mobile applications,big data analysis,machine learning,and robot process automation to solve key transportation business problems such as bidding pricing,matching transactions,full process cargo tracking,billing management,reputation evaluation,settlement management,and bill management in online freight business.Based on meeting the policy and regulatory requirements of online freight platforms,online freight platforms establish a service system that links goods,personnel,vehicles,aftermarket service providers,financial institutions,and other parties.Finally,it will help to form a logistics network ecosystem based on"Internet plus logistics".
