基于TOE框架的高创新绩效组态路径研究——来自A股上市公司的经验数据

摘要 创新是实现产业转型升级和国家高质量发展的重要驱动力。在虚拟现实不断深度融合的时代背景下,作为微观主体的元宇宙上市公司如何实现高创新绩效是一个值得深入探讨的问题。基于此,文章选取2019—2021年我国A股上市的元宇宙企业为研究样本,采用TOE框架和模糊集定性比较方法(fsQCA)探究元宇宙企业实现高创新绩效的组态路径。结果表明,共存在3条驱动高创新绩效的路径,分别为技术-组织驱动(独立自强型)、技术-组织-环境驱动(均衡发展型)和技术-环境驱动(对外依赖型),其中数字技术水平是最关键的前因条件,其核心条件存在与否对于企业创新绩效的表现具有重大的影响。研究结论为推动元宇宙企业创新、实现高质量发展提供了理论依据和新的思路。 The innovation is an important driving force for the industrial transformation and upgrading and the high-quality national development.Under the continuous deep integration of virtual reality,the realization of high innovation performance in the metauniverse listed companies,as microcosmic principal parts,is a problem worthy of in-depth study.Based on this,meta-universe enterprises listed in China's A-shares from 2019 to 2021 are selected as research samples,and technology-organization-environment(TOE)and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)are used to study the configuration path of meta-universe enterprises to achieve high innovation performance.The results show that there are three ways to drive high innovation performance,namely technology-organization driven(independent self-reliance),technology-organization-environment driven(balanced development)and technology-environment driven(external dependence).Among them,the digital technology level is the most critical antecedent,the existence of which has a significant impact on the enterprise innovation performance.The research results provide theoretical basis and new ideas for promoting innovation and achieving high-quality development of meta-universe enterprises.
